Mrs. Jenny Coenen Phd Eng – Senior consultant
Jenny Coenen combines analytical skills, strong theoretic background and the ability to support teams whenever needed. Her ability to analyze risks combined with her extensive knowledge of engineering and shipbuilding processes, make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Jenny’s maritime career started in 2002 as a researcher at both IHC Dredgers (now Royal IHC) and TU Delft, section of Ship Production. Ever since she’s tried to combine academic and industry work in this field.
Before Marstrat, Jenny fulfilled a position as Senior Consultant Shipbuilding Processes at Bloem Doze Nienhuis, a maritime consultancy company based in Rotterdam. At this company she gained experience in business process modeling and shipyard layout and processes.
Today she combines her work as an assistant professor at TU Delft with her duties at Marstrat.
